Robert Robert was born and raised in the south of France and embarked on a 6 month trip to Australia in 1968 to represent the interests of a luxury French shoe brand. That 6 month turned into a lifetime and Robert has spent his time living all across Australia and New Zealand, working in every area of the shoe industry. It’s with this abundance of experience and through witnessing the change and growth of the Australian shoe industry that Robert spotted an opportunity out of China in the mid-nineties to offer Australian shoe lovers an economical fashion alternative to shoes manufactured out of Europe. This is how the brand Robert Robert was born.
